LOST PACKAGES

If you believe that your package was lost in transit, please reference the shipping couriers policy below. 

USPS DOMESTIC & APO/FPO SHIPMENTS

Please allow twenty-one (21) days from the date of mailing for your item to arrive. Using the Insurance label ID numbers, you can check the delivery status online via USPS Tracking on USPS.com or you can obtain information by calling 1-800-222-1811. If the proper amount of time has passed and the item has not arrived, we can file a claim on your behalf.  Claims can take an addition 30 days to resolve with the USPS.  Reimbursement or replacement packages can not be sent during that time,  or until your claim(s) with USPS has been settled.  For more information about filing an insurance claim, go to the "Where Do I File a Domestic Insurance Claim with the Postal Service™?" USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL & EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Please allow thirty (30) days from the date of mailing for your item to arrive. Using the Insurance label ID numbers, you can check the delivery status online via USPS Tracking on USPS.com or you can obtain information by calling 1-800-222-1811. If the proper amount of time has passed and the item has not arrived, we can file a claim on your behalf.  Claims can take an addition 30 days to resolve with the USPS.  Reimbursement or replacement packages can not be sent during that time,  or until your claim(s) with USPS has been settled.
